ARE YOU SAVED

                                         “ASK YOURSELF”
This is what we ought to be asking ourselves: Am I saved; from where comes my salvation. Is the source trustworthy? Who authenticates your salvation? For it is on record that… “And if any one does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ” (ROMANS 8vs9b). Is your name written in the Lamb’s book of life? Can you say emphatically that when you die now, your soul goes to a peaceful place of rest or the place of torment as the rich man once did (LUKE 16vs23).
The Islamists believed that to any man; two angels’ are given. One at his right, the other at his left hands respectively. The one at his right records the good deeds he has done while the one at his left records his wrongs. And at the end, they are weighed in a balance. The one that out-weighs the other becomes the reward of the person. What a veil?
There are also most individuals who claim that “it is man’s duty to save himself” what a misconception. For the scripture rightly state (ACTS 4vs12); salvation is not found in no-one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved- it is in only the name of ‘JESUS CHRIST’ (PHILLIPIANS 2vs9-10).
So it is in Jesus Christ name, that one can obtain meaningful salvation. Jesus Christ is the only best and all time accurate rewarder of peoples’ deeds.
Now that you know that divine and authentic salvation does not come from no other; other than Christ Jesus. I beseech you to accept Him who gives the best salvation the world has ever witnessed. How? That if you confess with your mouth, “JESUS IS LORD”, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the your heart that you believe and are justified and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved (ROMANS 10vs9-10). So you have to do it yourself for it is a personal decision to make (ROMANS 5vs17); oh! how simple and effective and efficient it is-just go ahead do, and you be glad you did.
                                                                 CONCLUSION
Living the good-life is the earnest desire of every individual whether  great or small. And this is to come from the one and only savior of the world- JESUS CHRIST. He loves you and has not come for you to die and perish; rather through Him you would be saved (JOHN 3vs16-17).
                                                                   REFLECTION
Examine carefully the source of your salvation. And ensure that you question positively what you believe in. For it is by what you do that you would render your personal account to Him that created you. God bless you and keep you in Him as you make the right decision now. Amen.

WHAT DO I DO NOW THAT I AM SAVED

Welcome to the family/group of God; now you are saved, what do you have to do? The first step is that of accepting (receiving) and believing JESUS CHRIST as Lord and savior of your entire life. The second step is the focus of this tract.
This stage is divided into three (3) sections, with each section having things you must KNOW, HAVE and DO:
Section 1 (things to KNOW);
1 God loves you. John 3:16; Romans 8:38-39; I John 4:9-11. You are to know that; God loves you and so you have to love Him as well. Believe, Act, and Experience His love.
2 You are a new person in Christ Jesus. II Corinthians 5:17; Romans 6vs6; Galatians 2vs20
3 you are to live a life of a victor (as JESUS CHRIST has already given victory over sin when you did accept
Him). For Christ Jesus your king is a victor Romans 6vs11; Galatians 2vs23.
4 God is with you each moment of your life. Matthew 28vs20; Psalm 23; Deuteronomy 7vs9
Section 2 (things to HAVE);
1 know that you have obtained PEACE. Acts 10vs36; Romans 5vs1; John 14vs27; and Philippians 4vs7.
2 baptism in the Holy Spirit. Acts 1vs4-8 Mark 1vs8; Acts 11vs16. This is for your endowment of power for service.
3 life worthy of living Philippians 4vs19; Ephesians 1vs3; spiritual enrichment, physical, and material blessing
4 Heaven is your ultimate goal. John 14vs2-3; revelation 21vs1-4; 22vs5. This is because God has an exciting life for you in the days ahead.
Section 3 (Things to DO);
1 study your bible always. I peter 2vs2; II Timothy 2vs 15 and 3vs15-17.
2 Pray ceaselessly. James 5vs16; Matthew  6vs1-13; Daniel 9; Job 42vs1-6; Luke 18vs1 NIV; I Thessalonians 5vs17
3 fellowship with Christians brethren Hebrew 10vs24-25 Galatians 6vs2. Unit to a Bible believing church and ensure that you are growing in all aspects of your life.
4 witness for Christ-tell others about the same salvation you got in Christ. John 1vs4042; Mark 5vs20.
These three (3) steps are to be followed consciously reading all the scripture portions. You are not alone, the HOLY SPIRIT that you received when you accept Christ is always there to guide, comfort and counsel you in all good things.

SO SHOT SO BITER

We live in times the Bible predicted as perilous times. And in these days (times) men (mostly youths), shall be lovers of their own selves… and unholy (II Timothy. 3vs1-7). These times; youths as the Bible foretold shall give themselves to sensual pleasures rather than loving God.
To these, sin is so sweet (sweet, but SO SHOT). Yet little knowledge have they (II Timothy. 3:7), as to how BITER their lifestyle is. For what shall it profit a man to have all the pleasures of this world yet lose his soul (Mark 8vs36). Many youths live today with the foolish thought that they are the owners of their lives. They claim that they are responsible to themselves (mature), not to God or man.
It is therefore not surprising to see these so called youths misbehaving. Indulging  themselves in sinful passion of lust, sexual orgies such as homosexuality, lesbianism, incest, bi-sexuality, bestiality, adultery, fornication, masturbation, rape, pedophilia-sex with children; and other forms of unnatural acts.
If only these youths including everyone that derives pleasures in living sinful lifestyles, will understand that such lifestyles are SO BITER even though they may have momentary pleasures in them. The Bible was strait about this in (HEB. 19:27); and as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: there is condemnation at the end of a godless and sinful life, while there is commendation at the end of a godly life.
This tract is a wake up called to all youths, to reject every sinful lifestyle and come to the knowledge of truth in Christ Jesus’. Each person must pray to God, believing and receiving the Lord Jesus Christ by faith not only as the son of God, but  as your  ONLY SAVIOUR through whom salvation is obtained (ROMANS. 10vs9-10). You must believe therefore, that everything has become new in your walk with God, (I COR. 5:17).
This decision is what you have to do now. For no one has all the time on earth. The next hour might be too late.
