HOW TO BECOME IMMORTAL (II TIM. 1:10, JOHN 11:24-26, 16:23)

 HOW  TO BECOME IMMORTAL

                                              (II TIM. 1:10, JOHN 11:24-26, 16:23)
Am not about to tell you what is not attainable. But this could be a truth that may take days, even weeks to fathom. Be that as it may, everything is possible to them that believe in Christ Jesus (Mk. 9:23). How to BECOME IMMORTAL is simple, it begins with admitting Christ into one's life affairs. Then a new phase of life is switched; from old to new (II Cor. 5:17). This article clearly delineates on the essence of immortality and how to become immortal in Christ.
Immortality is basically the condition of not dying. Is a situation of not being susceptible to death. Immortality put differently, is eternal life- that is, the ability to live for ever. Is a state of being exempt from both physical and or spiritual death.
BECOMING IMMORTAL: IT IS POSSIBLE IN CHRIST
The conversation between Jesus and Martha (John 11:24-26); show us that, human beings often desire to become immortal. But the popular notion is that; after you die (what a misconception of Ecc. 3:14), that is when you would be rewarded with either life (for the Christians) and death for (for lucifians). Though this is true so long as one holds this system of belief. But, BECOMING IMMORTAL is possible in Christ. The day you decisively decide to give in for Christ as your personal Lord and saviour, your account for immortality has been open in Heaven. And so long as you consistently operate this account, it remains functional until when your tenure is over in this plain- Earth.
The emphases is that; God takes no pleasure in people dying and being burried thereafter, He still resurrect them for either reward or punishment (according to their works). I, so much agree with my mentor in one of his teachings; that it is possible the same power it will take God to resurrect someone for either reward or punishment, is the same power He will use to transform one's mortal body to immortal  body- without the person dying and being burried.
God has instituted immortality as a gift for any one found in Christ Jesus and this is for eternity (Ecc. 3:14). And hence, christians need not desire to die anymore and be buried with the hope of being resurrected on the last day (Martha's conception), rather Christians should trust God for fulfilling in them the gift of immortality by transforming their mortal bodies to immortal ones  without them going through the former process- so a hard truth right?
CARRIER OF IMMORTALITY
Immortality is the life of God made manisfest in our Lord Jesus through the redemption work of the CROSS. The carrier of immortality in the life of every true believer is the Holy Ghost, which was promised and delivered to believers' accordingly (Acts 2:17-21). Any believer carrying the Holy Ghost is an immortal being; and so his/her body need not see curruption. I humbly suggest we deepy meditate on this teaching and ask God for insight. As this will save God some resources for our oughtmost good.

DECLARATION/PRAYERS: LORD I THANK YOU FOR ENABLING ME TO UNDERSTAND THAT IMMORTALITY IS A GIFT YOU HAVE INSTITUTED IN CHRIST. AS I LIVE, WORK, AND HAVE MY BEING IN YOU, MY BODY SHALL NOT SEE ANY FORM OF CORRUPTION, I HENCEFORTH LIVE WITH THIS UNDERSTANDING, SO SHALL IT BE. IN JESUS' NAME.

WISDOM ORDAINED UNTO OUR GLORY (PROV. 19:8)

WISDOM ORDAINED UNTO OUR GLORY (PROV. 19:8)
Without glory is shame and without Wisdom is foolishness, and we the believers have been admonised to walk circumspectly (with consideration for all that is important), not as fools but as wise. The wisest decision on Earth is to be 'BORN AGAIN' and this is the beginning of the journey of wisdom but the believer must grow up to know the wisdom of God and reasonably say no to the other kinds of wisdom, else, he will be trapped by mingling with other kinds of wisdom and this will lead him into confusion and other kinds of evil. And if he lives this kind of life for a long time, he will be living in FEAR instead of living a life full of love, power and sound mind. This kind of life denies the believer the full confidence in God and His word and renders him incompetent in everything and in other areas of life and ineffective in his christian life.
WHAT SEPERATES MEN (SONS) FROM BABIES
What seperates sons form babies is wisdom. Wisdom is not for babies and glory is not for babies either, yet the earnest expectation of the creatures wait for the MANIFESTATION of the sons of God. And the only way to grow out of babyhood to sonship is by being changed from one degree of glory to another. And the degree of the glory of God you will attain determines the degree of your change to 'THE SAME IMAGE'. In other words, the born again are divine beings with divine nature but were first born human before they were born divine. That is, with divine nature. Therefore, for the believer in Christ to attain to his divine nature (divinity) in being, he must come in contact with the wisdom which God has ordained for his glory, if not he will be living a wasted life on Earth. Many have lived, not discovering this wisdom that is ordained for the believers' glory, this is why it seems the glory of the believer is like the Earthly glory. Though all believers have the glory  of God but not all are living in the light of that glory (II Cor. 4:6-7, Rom. 8:30).
"And the glory which you have given me, I have given them, that they may be one as we are one" John. 17:22. One important thing to note is that at the fall, man did not come short of his glory which is the Earthly glory but fell short of the glory of God.
The end call (call of the believer) is to obtain this glory of Christ- the glory of the begotten Son (II Thes. 2:13-14, I Pet. 1:24).
This wisdom ordained unto our glory, is a Spiritual Wisdom not Earthly or human. Not sensual wisdom or devil inspired wisdom. Spiritual Wisdom is obtainable from divine knowledge, which is also known as Revelation knowledge, (Matt. 16:16-18) and divine knowledge is obtainable from divine TRUTH that came by Jesus Christ (John. 1:17; 18:31-32). This Divine wisdom is foolishness to men and a trap to the devil and his cohorts (I Cor. 1:21; 2:6-8). This wisdom is Wisdom from above. It is pure, peacable, gentle, easy to be entreated, full of mercy, etc.
ADENDUM
He who love Wisdom (Jesus Christ) love his soul and as such preserves same, (Prov. 19:8). Closely related to wisdom is initiative and it is the brigde between wisdom and knowledge. Initiative is the spirit needed to originate action- it helps the believer to think and act ahead. all the things that will happen from the beginning of this world to the end are clearly spelt-out in the word of God (John. 1:1-4). Therefore, the present-day believers must initiate positive actions by first giving themslves wholely to God and His word, then doing that which the Lord requires as these shall reveal in them the MANIFESTATION God so desired.

THE ESSENCE OF TRUST

It is often said that "trust no man, only God not even yourself or your brother" As good as this statement may seem; I could say that, it is but incomplete. Yes! even the Bible decleared "put your trust in no man" what that means is 'you shall have (worship) no other god apart from the Lord your God' (Exe. 20:3). Now lets reason together, the statement  Jesus made " trust in God, trust also in Me" (John 14:1). Is as if to say; look I know you may believe in God , but its not complete. Therefore, believe (that is; TRUST), also in Me. And there are several pluses attached to doing that. The key amongst them is SALVATION of the soul.
Truely, trust in God is inevitable. Trust in Jesus Christ as we will all agree is inevitable too- this is so because, Jesus Christ Himself is God. He built and established people, men with His aunction to function. Ambassedors, trustworthy  representatives for Christ, who bring the gospel to people the way God wants it done. Hence, these people/christians, are also to be trusted. Not just  for the purpose of taking and talking Christ to people as the gospel demands, but also trusting to provide other basic needs. These needs may include but not limited to; intercession (1 Timothy 2:1 & Isaiah 53:12), prophesying, provision of necessaries such as education, shelter, food among others (1 Cor. 1:9). A man of God once said; "children of God (that is christians), are not Heaven but gate to Heaven"  These gates are also to be trusted as representatives of Christ on the Earth; as God in His wisdom is always raising men for the Harvest.
Consequenty, there are people you must not trust (since trust is the greated asset a man has), these are those without direction, purpose and focus-more often than not, the Devil whenever he sees someone who has no direction, he directly or indirectly gives the person negative direction. Essentially, people need to trust God (always) and the people He has given mandate to represent Him on Earth.
One may ask, how do I know those who truely represent God, seeing that the days are evil? Good, the Bible states that by thier fruits we shall know them. and so, assess them by thier fruits and pray for Holy Spirit to guide you in doing it. Amen and God bless.
Decleration: Lord, I thank you for your Holy Spirit that you've given to guide me in trusting you and the people that are truely representing you on Earth. I declear that, am fron now onward meeting geniune peole in my ministry, organisation, family, and career. in Jesus' name.

CHRISTIAN LIFE: A LIFE OF EXCELLENCE (MK 7:37, RM 12:1-2, PS 148:13)

Excellence is derived from the Latin word 'excellentia'  meaning, to be eminent; to a certain degree in virtue. Is also seen as something or profession one excels in. The desire to do things with excellence is christlike. The christian is one who possess excellence spirit. It is the excellence spirit that works out in their life righteousness of God. Also, he or she determines in all that is done a great measure of exactness. They do not live differently in their homes, offices, and congregations. The spirit of excellence which is Holy Ghost powered allows the christian to be a man or woman of righteous standards. They are firm, purposeful, and focused first on heavenly matters thereafter other areas of concern.
It is this excellence that allows the christian to be in a functional growing relationship with his Creator. It is this excellent life that levereage him to love God and people. The excellent spirit empowers the christian to pattern his life to that of CHRIST. He live a balanced life always, irrespective of challenges for he knows his God is  an excellent God in all things. Jesus Christ is the chief of excellence (Mk 7:37), which is why, it was recorded that "He has done everything well" It is this same excellent spirit the christian must duplicate at all time.
The Apostle Paul knows the fact that christians are in, to be in the business of duplicating excellence that is why he admonised us to offer our bodies to God as living sacrifice that is holy and pleasing to God (Rm 12:1-2). He went further to declear to christians that they must not comform to non-excellence (the world), rather they ought to continually be transformed by the renewing of the mind.
Excellence as exhibited in christian life is not gained from good works rather it is a gift from God  (Jn 1:12). The christian with excellent spirit acknowledges that the God he serves ia an excellent God (Ps148:13). That His name is excellent and full of splendor. On the whole, the christian life is a life of Christ Jesus- a life of excellence. Christians live this life by duplicating the works of Christ while on Earth, as patterned in His word.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF MAN ON EARTH?

Fellowship with God. I may drop my pen here and write no further. But if I do, I might be raising questions rather than answers. There are many teachings on 'purpose of man' Some are good, and better, yet some are almost the best. Moreso, some are intended to caution rather than giving us the way to know our purpose on Earth. This write up is aimed at clearly telling us our purpose on Earth.
A  group of seminarians were interviewed by LeRoy Eims in his book; 'Be the Leader you were meant to be' The discuss below ensued: what is the purpose of man being on Earth? " I haven't the faintest idea" Most of us may as well give similar answers' to the above question. Have you paused for a while  to ask yourself; why is it that the devil and his cohort face little or no challenge when you marry, graduate from college with whatever class of degree, ride the best car, have a fat bank account, travel around the globe, live in a comfortable building and eat the best of diets? The devil was not woried when Abel offered to God his sacrifice but he was  greatly disappointed when Seth and others began to call on the name of the Lord God (fellowship).
The difference between David and Saul was not in being handsome or leading the Israelites to war or bringing spoil to the treasure house but the difference was in the personal time David had with God- David fellowshiped  with God always and as such glorified God. The Devil disclosed his anger when Jesus Christ fasted (fellowshiped) for fourty days and nights. And he began to tempt Him. The devil is mad when you decide to fellowship with God and God's people consistently.
Originally, God created people (humans) to glorify Him and to have a balanced and growing relationship (prov. 8:4 NIV). Hence, note that, the purpose of every living creature on Earth is to fellowship with God. Therefore, the three basic elements of fellowship are: the word of God, prayer (communication with God), and obedience (respect for God's supremacy).
in sum, the purpose of man on Earth is to fellowship continuously with God (and with people), glorify Him and have a balance relationship with both God and men. After this, every other goodies will follow.
