MAN AND HIS VISION FOR HOME BUIDING (JER. 1:4-14; GEN. 15:1-6; HABAKUK 2:3; LUKE 18:28-30)

INTRODUCTION:
I would be asking and answering questions relevant to the topic under review. This would then form the basis of the write up. I trust God for guidance and accurate answers to these questions as He will be helping us.
TIPS: HOW DOES GOD SEE MAN? I went on to list ways God sees man. Meanwhile, the list is inexhaustible. (1) for man to reverence Him. (2) for man to know that God himself exist and to represent the image of God-even though we have not seen Him yet in His glory GEN. 1:26-28. (3) man must have the reflection of Christ. (4) Man is synonymous with authority (i.e. dominion). (5) Man is a failure when he is running without a VISION. This is the true picture God has for man.
WHAT IS GOD’S  VISION FOR MAN: WHAT IS VISION (GENESIS 15:1-6)
What this means is that; “God gave Abram a vision of becoming a blessing to his generation” So do all that ever existed on Earth. Vision is the reason for one’s existence as ordained by God. And for this to be possible one must be in a living relationship with his Creator. Vision is what God has in mind for creating someone and its peculiar to each of us. Every worthwhile vision comes from God and in getting a good vision one must connect to God.
In setting one’s target(s) or ambition- s/he must ask; is this really right and is it from God? Inasmuch as God desires His people to be prosperous and having good success- He plans that these wealth be used in the kingdom service for the good of all. Individuals and groups must have this mindset. Finally, vision is an assignment, meaning you must be in your land- in your field of purpose.
HOW CAN ONE KNOW OR GET GOD’S VISION TOWARDS HIS LIFE?
In the case of Jeremiah; God’s vision for him was to declare His will to all the Nations (Jer. 1:7 & 10). And so, I don’t think the mandate has change for the Bible stated categorically that “God is the same yesterday…and forever” Heb. 13:8. The vision of God for all people is to save everyone by taking the gospel to them as well as, save the world which is God’s creation- at least, this is the main vision of everyone existing on Earth. The vision still remains the same “go into the world and make disciples of all nations (Matt. 28:19).
Does God call us to work for Him for free? The answer is NO. for when we seek Him and live righteously as well as do His will He’ll bless us with all the good things of life (Matt. 6:33; Luke 18:28-30; Gen. 1:28).

WHAT IS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN VISION AND AMBITION
Ambition is zeal, fervency, and eagerness to make things work in the positive. It is person-oriented. Ambition sparks the drive to achieve one’s vision. Therefore, vision is of the Lord while ambition is of the man. For there to be harmony there must be agreement between these two personalities; purpose of which is to achieve both vision and ambition (Amos 3:3). Most people see ambition to be vision. Well, from the above explanation the difference is clear. Vision or Ambition should be in accordance with God’s will.
HOW DO ONE BUILD A HOME WITH GOD-GIVEN VISION
The following must be objectively carried out in order to build a sound home: (1) understand your vision.(2) know that, is the work of faith and not sight. (3) keep the vision alive- always review  the vision in between the lines. (4) do all the necessary things that would lead to the attainment of the vision. (5) strive to be joined to a good wife. (6) be patient with the vision (7) pray it out and work it out too. (8) work with people of like mind.
CAN ONE UNDERSTAND THE PURPOSE OF MARRIAGE IN VISION ACCOMPLISHMENT:- A good marriage is very essential in the accomplishment of one’s God-given vision. First you must make your ambition subject to God’s vision by so doing you are not far from accomplishing your desires. The following are the purpose of marriage: (1) to raise godly seeds. (2) to establish a suitable companionship, one that is recognized by God. (3) to help each other in accomplishing task(s).
CONCLUSION

The home or family is the oldest institution that had ever existed. Man is the one mandated to direct its affairs. And so, for the man to be successful in this area he needs guidance from the founder of it. So his ambition and God’s vision must agree for effective and efficient home building.

DECLARATION: Thank you Lord for making me see this page. I am a purpose driven man, I live a life of worth. My ambition works in tandem with God's vision for my life and generation. So shall it be. In Jesus Christ name. Amen.

ARE CHRISTIAN TO CELEBRATE EASTER OR PASSOVER? ACTS 12:4; EXO. 12:1-14; JOHN 1:29; LUKE 22:19

ARE CHRISTIANS TO CELEBRATE EASTER OR PASSOVER? ACTS 12:4; EXO. 12:1-13; JOHN 1:29; LUKE 22:19
NOTE: the Old King James version of the Bible made mention of Easter (Acts 12:4),- but the truth is that, this act of mistranslation is a way of inserting a pagan culture into the Bible so as to authorise it celebration. Be that as it may, the new version of the Bible and others corrected this error from Easter to what it is- PASSOVER. For early Christians and so much so those of our time, who understood what the Bible says about this issue kept PASSOVER, not Easter.
BRIEF HISTORY/ORIGIN OF EASTER AND PASSOVER
The term ‘Easter’ is one of the pagan terms subtly Christianised by some smart yet less-informed fellows. The term translated Easter is the Greek word PASCHA (derived from the Hebrew word PESACH; there is no original Greek word for Passover), and it has only one meaning- it always means Passover. For it can never mean Easter.
Easter has long been known to be a pagan festival world over. For instance, in the words of David Pack, rightly quoting Englehart; in his book ‘Welcome Sweet Spring Time’. “When the puritans came to North America they regarded the celebration of Easter and that of Christmas with suspicion. For they knew that the pagans had celebrated the return of Spring long before Christians celebrated Easter. For  the first hundred years of Europeans life in North America, only a few states, mostly in the south paid much attention to Easter”. Not until after the civil war did Americans begin celebrating this holiday- Easter first became an American tradition in the 1870s. According to the book; “the Original 13 Colonies of America began as a Christian Nation, with the cry of No king but king Jesus”- for the Nation did not observe Easter within an entire century of its founding.
The things that characterised the celebration of Easter (such as beautiful painting on eggs; which would later be hidden and searched for, the design of hot cross buns, ham making, declaration of spring in the air wearing of Sunday best and so on), had their root in the ancient Babylonian practise 2000BC. (Gen. 10:8; Rev. 17:5)- honouring the resurrection of their god Tammuz, who was brought back from the underworld by his mother/wife, Ishtar (after whom the festival was named). As Ishtar was actually pronounced “EASTER” in most semitic dialectics, it could be that the event portrayed here is, in a sense, Easter.
In modern times, Easter celebration is promoted through the Anglo-Saxon rites of the goddess Eostre (the spring goddess) or Ostera. Ecclesiastical and secular historians agree that the name of Easter and the traditions surrounding it are deeply rooted in pagan religion (the New Catholic Encyclopaedia 1967 Vol 5 p.6; Gal. 4:9-10)
THE PASSOVER (EXO. 12:12-14; LEV. 23:5)
For the Passover; Bible accounts has it that, the PASSOVER ceremony was commanded by God to be an annual memorial fest to be kept by Israel “forever”. Seven-day festival called the Days of Unleavened Bread was introduced in Leviticus 23:6-8. Since the Passover was instituted forever, then New Testament instruction for its observance has to be clear (1 Cor. 5:7-8). For Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us…. Christ, as the Lamb of God (John 1:29; Acts 8:32; 1Peter 1:19; Rev. 5:6), replaced the Old Testament lamb eaten on Passover evening each year.
Luke 22:19, shows that Jesus’ substituted the bread and wine to be taken annually in commemoration of His sacrifice for the remission of our sins both spiritual and physical.
WHAT CHRISTIANS SHOULD DO DURING THIS PERIOD
1.      Reflect on the sufferings of Christ on the cross.
2.      Soberly examine what it means to see their sins in the cross John 3:17.
3.       Renew their fellowship with Christ.
4.      Have that consciousness that Christ alone redeemed them from their sin by His death at the cross.
5.      Be ready to share in Christ’s sufferings by daily carrying their cross to follow Him (continuous relationship).
6.      Tell others both friends and family about these experience (Acts 2:24), in order to keep the massage of the cross alive always as commanded in Matthew 28:19-20.
7.      Have focus on the Heavenly promise (Rev. 19:15).

8.      Constantly evaluate their walk with God in order to ascertain their present status 1Thesolonians 5:1-28.

UNDERSTANDING THE DYNAMICS OF THE HUMAN MIND (MK. 7:21, PS. 5:9, JER. 17:19, PROV. 4:23 REV. 3:20 JOS. 1:8)

Note: The most advanced war humans have ever witnessed, takes place in the heart of man (MIND).
Upon the sophistication and growth in the science of Psychology, no man has clearly and completely given globally accepted description about the functioning of the human mind. The human mind is a process hub of the man. Thoughts are processed here; whether good, bad, and ugly. It has virtually unlimited memory space, where all that a man has experienced from his childhood to adulthood are needly recorded. The human mind is a machine that must be operated by a qualified occupant of one. And so, such occupant needs a functional 'MANUAL OF THE HEART OR MIND' This manual is the BIBLE- the word of God (undiluted). The lips are the man's key to it. While the eyes are the channels through which information is stored.
Often time, wrong thoughts come up to the Subconscious unit of the mind, the longer they are allowed and entertained, the more they get to the Conscious and stay there. At this point, they begin to exert their effect on the man. To guard against this; the word (WORDOL), of God must not depart from your lips (JOSHUA 1:8). Of a truth, everything a man has experience in life passes through the Conscious to the Subconcious and down to the Unconcious were there are permenently stored almost unoticed. God our creator knows this, which is why He saw the need to put together efforts that brought BIBLE to the fore. The lines below tells us how to guard our heart (MIND).
GUARDING THE HEART (MIND) THE RIGHT CHOICE (PROV. 4:23-25, JOB 31: 1)
The word of God has made it clear that we have to watch our lips, eyes (JOB 31:1), and heart. that which is to be watched most is the Heart, for out of it comes issues of life. Whenever wrong thoughts come to your subconscious and are about to be transfered to the conscoius to take seat there; Immediately discard them, in order for them not to come take place in the conscoius portion of your mind. Keep your lips away from persistent voicing of wrong words. For the more these wrong words are voiced, there is tendency for them to be turned into wrong actions. Moreso, be a man of godly wisdom by guarding whatever you allow in to your conscious and subconscious portions of the mind. Train your mind consistently in God's word, saturating it with same. Above all never fail to call on God for divine help (REV. 3:20).
The choice of guarding your heart is a task that must be carried out zealously by all believers. Since it is a delicate part of man. man's safty or destruction depends on how one guards his or her mind.
REWARD OF GUARDING ONE'S HEART (DEU. 29:9, JOS. 1:8, 8:34)
The case with God is that of giving out task(s), followed by rewards. The reason for this is because, it took God huge effort to re-write the commandments after they were destroyed by Moses His servant. This now ushered in the era of guarding the commandments which were written in tablets of stone. But, today anyone who breaks them or attempts to do similar acts that are derogetory before God, would surely suffer as Uzzah (2Samuel 6:7). Joshua was vehemently instructed not to allow this book of the Law to depart from his mouth for as he meditates in them, he shall be prosperous and have good success.
Otherwise, the opposite shall be the case. God is asking us to always keep His word in our mouth in order to guard our heart from  being invaded by wrong thoughts. As we sincerely do this, God will have no choice than to faithfully reward us.

DECLERATION: ALMIGHTY GOD, I thank you for allowing me to stumble on this article. Lord Jesus; any wrong thought I have harboured on my mind, I declear them removed and never come again. I engrave your WORD on my heart to remain there forever as I study your word always, in Jesus' name. Amen!
